Sellers must provide accurate business and contact information.
Sellers are responsible for maintaining login credentials and all activities under their account.
NeerKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or provide false information.
Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Products must comply with local laws and regulations.
Prohibited items (illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods) cannot be listed.
Sellers must process and ship orders within the specified time.
Any delays or issues must be communicated promptly to NeerKart.
Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension or penalties.
NeerKart charges a commission fee on each sale (as per category rates).
Payments will be settled periodically as per the agreed payout cycle.
NeerKart reserves the right to withhold payments in case of disputes or policy violations.
Sellers must comply with NeerKart’s Return & Refund Policy for customer orders.
Refunds must be processed promptly when approved by NeerKart.
Order cancellations must be handled according to the platform rules.
Sellers must not:
List counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
Mislead customers with false product information
Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
Violate intellectual property rights
All platform content, logos, and software are property of NeerKart. Sellers may not use NeerKart branding or intellectual property without permission.
NeerKart may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
Violation of terms and policies
Repeated non-fulfillment of orders
Fraudulent or illegal activities
NeerKart may update seller terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
